modernistic villa with garden & pavilion

1500M² — ORIENTATION: FRONT FACADE SOUTH

The garden of this home in Antwerp got completely ruined during renovation works, and we were asked to create a new wild garden at the housefront, covering the facade and providing natural fence of privacy towards the street. We opted to mix Pine, Genista, waving grasses with high delicate flowers in heavy colors.

Most big volumes (Holly, Conifers, Euonymus and Taxus) at the rear side of the villa were left intact, but we added some extra Taxus, Osmanthus, Rhododendron, Cortaderia selloana Pumila, producing a nonchalant and naturally looking frame. The view from the big windows on the garden and the separate garden pavilion are divine.
